CYCLIST, ADVOCATE & TRIAL LAWYER

A career of defending the rights of South Florida's cyclists, injured victims, and the accused.

PRACTICE

AREAS

Injuries from Crashes
If you have been injured in a crash with a car or a loved one has been killed, I can help. As a fellow cyclist, I have the shared knowledge of riding on our roadways and what could happen in a crash. I know what it is like to head out for a ride not knowing what could happen, and so does my family. As an attorney, I have the training and experience to fight for your rights.
Automobile Crashes
If you have been injured in a car crash, or are a pedestrian injured by the driver of a car, I can also help. I represent all those who are injured due to the negligence of another driver, even in cases of drunk or hit-and-run drivers. Whether you're injured while crossing the street or driving home in your own car, you are entitled to justice.

Traffic Ticket Defense for Bicyclists

You might be surprised to learn that bicyclists can be issue traffic tickets for many offenses. Many of these citations, though, are the result misinformation or a lack of understanding by law enforcement or the bicyclist themselves regarding the rights and obligations of bicyclists on the road. So part of my practice is appearing in traffic court on behalf of bike riders to defend their rights.
